 Es una alucinaciòn auditiva, visual o táctil que se produce poco antes del inicio del sueño. Estos fenómenos se presentan en las fase 1 y 2 del sueño profundo no MOR. Son frecuentes en niños de 6 a 15 años y en algunas personas se prolonga hasta la edad adulta. Las alucinaciones más comunes son de tipo visual o de carácter auditivo. En muchas ocasiones tienen relación con vivencias del día anterior. Y a veces no se guarda recuerdo de la misma al despertar.

A hypnagogic hallucination

  It is an auditory, visual or tactile hallucination that occurs shortly before the onset of sleep. These phenomena are presented in the Phase 1 and 2 non-REM sleep. They are common in children aged 6-15 years and in some people continues into adulthood. The most common hallucinations are auditory or visual type character. In many cases relate to experiences of the previous day. And sometimes no memory of it is kept on waking.
